Event Description

This green home seminar is perfect for homeowners interested in green building whether it be a home addition, home renovation, or purchasing a home.

The green event will be held at the Best Western Sunapee Lake Lodge on Saturday, November 21, 2009 between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

Registration begins at 8:30 AM.

After the seminar concludes, there will be an open house tour between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Event speakers will include Jeremy Bonin and Dan O'Halloran. Jeremy Bonin is a partner of Bonin Architects & Associates and an award winning architect; he also is the author of a book entitled TIMBER FRAMES: Designing Your Custom Home. Dan O'Halloran is a outgoing realtor who specializes in residential real estate; Dan has skills in finance and marketing and uses the most current marketing, advertising, and techniques available to sell green homes. Having both of these speakers together should make some interesting conversation about green building and green homes.

Seminar topics will include what to look for when buying land, the steps involved in designing a custom home and energy efficient options, and selecting the builder best suited to build your home.
