In 1962, Sam Walton formed the very first Walmart in Rogers, Arkansas. Since then, thousands of Walmart stores have opened across the nation. It is very unlikely that any American can go through life without visiting at least one of these stores in their lifetime! The stores contains products such as pet supplies, music, books, food, cleaning supplies, and much more!
WalMart is one of the green businesses that celebrate Earth Month around the world as part of their commitment to sustainability. Green products can be found in stores that help with the environment while saving customers substantial money. Community events with organizations and local governments and creating associate activities are only a few of the ways Walmart is going green.
